Good Sweet Jesus
I can't even imagine what the hacks at the Daily News and the Post are gonna do to these fagbatting fucks come tomorrow morning's back pages....
MORNING UPDATE: The Post's entry was weak; The Daily News wins:

I especially gritted my teeth at the banner running at the top of the page, with Petey grinning over A-Hole's shoulder. If there is any solace Darth Boss George can take from this latest fiasco, it is that even when they stink, his overpaid pissants still own NYC's back pages.
Now KILL somebody, George! Take that weenie Cashman and cut off his head NOW, while he's with the team out on the road, so these bastards have to look him in the eye and realize THEY cost him his job because they weren't doing their own.
PS: The dead bats are bad enough, but each loss also featured one of these bastards getting vapor-locked on the basepaths to help kill potential scoring situations. Game One: Womack getting picked off first when he wasn't remotely in a position where he was going to be running; Game Two: RhoidBoy getting hung up on a come-backer to the pitcher. Christ, Rhoidy! You can't run for shit anyway...you couldn't wait 'til the ball actually got past the guy?. And Game Three: Bernie (whose legs are gone) trying to stretch out a double against a guy like DeJesus's arm.
All three baserunning screwups were symptomatic of a team whose collective head is just stuck up its ass at this point.

Don't look now, but Michele's having conniptions* now that the Yankees have just been swept by the (formerly) worst team in baseball. Meanwhile, the Sox have kept the Yanks from getting too overly close to double digits by beating the... [Read More]

Since those hacks have no journalistic integrity anyway, let me say it...
YANKEES SUCK
If you're interested, you can go up to Boston and easily find vumper stikers, t- shirts, etc. that say the same. By the way, Big Papi hit a 3-run walkoff to beat the O's today. Just in case you weren't paying attention to the teams fighting for the division lead.

David, you are coming dangerously close to inheriting the "Tool" moniker. Considering the Orioles are banged up, with four starters and one of their best pitchers out of their lineup, I wouldn't be bragging about needing a last minute blast to earn a split in a series where your crew could have made up some ground.

David is the reincarnation of "tool". I'd already decided that about three of his posts ago. Same shit, different person.
I had a feeling just before the game they'd be swept, so I was resigned to it when it happened - no less pissed off about it though.

"All three baserunning screwups were symptomatic of a team whose collective head is just stuck up its ass at this point."
Damn straight. They finally caught a break by the Royal's making an error that should have been an out so they had 1st and 2nd with no one out and the very next play screwed themselves out of that break with ridiculous baserunning so it was man on 3rd with two outs. That last play is pretty much indicative of how the entire series went.

everyone of these types of sites have an "instigator". you know you love when the instigator pops his head up. it provides fuel for the fire...

Thanks, Ric- nice to know I'm appreciated. As for sympathy for a banged up Orioles team, TC- I have none. Not when the Sox' ace is on the 800 day DL. Besides, they've been playing pretty good, even with a few guys out with injuries.
What's the Yanks' excuse? Too much payroll weighing them down? And of course Im going to crow when Ortiz hits a walk-off bomb. That was awesome! I don't think it went quite as far as either of the two he hit Sunday at the Stadium though.

I didn't say anything about "sympathy for a banged up Orioles team," you numbnut. Your crew had a chance to whomp Baltimore good, with that many starters out of their lineup, and all the Sox managed was a draw.
"Besides, they've been playing pretty good, even with a few guys out with injuries." ...which has to give the O's a good psychological boost (though not on a par with the one the Yanks just wrapped in a bow and delivered to the Royals).
The season's about a third over; stop looking in the rear view mirror, David. Baltimore is for real, and the wild card ain't coming out of the AL East this year.
I guess it's because it's been nearly a century since any feckless Fenway fuckwit fan has ever had to deal with the idea, but defending a crown can be a hell of a bigger bitch for a team than winning one.

"Baltimore is for real, and the wild card ain't coming out of the AL East this year."
No shit Baltimore is for real- I just spent the past four days watching the Sox alternately struggle against/ laugh in the face of them, and they weren't even at 100%. You're right about the WC too- unfortunate for you and yours.

David arrogance is about on par with that which Yankee fans are usually accused of possessing. Congratulations.

Well, as a KC fan, I'd just like to say as bad as it gets, as many losses as we rack up, we'll always have Kansas City, won't we Yankee-gal!
:)

You're my boy Blue!!
There is one reason the Royals swept the Yanks- they have heart- something the yankees are seriously lacking in.
Could this $205 million roster be the biggest bunch of frauds ever?
