I had my jaw busted and dislocated back in the days I was eating hockey pucks, and I gotta agree with your commenters over at ASV: it sounds like some kind of TMJ thing. The noise when you open and close your mouth pretty much nails that idea down. I still occasionally feel the after effects, and can generate a "pop" if I extend the sucker sideways in either direction.

Thought it was a rather pleasant series. Aside from the fact for only the third time in team history you get swept by the WORST TEAM IN THE BIGS and for the first time in history a pair of 200+ game winners on a single team lose to two pitchers who HAD NEVER WON A SINGLE GAME.

Makes the split with the O's that much more palatable.

Jefe: Even if Boston had of been swept by the O's nothing would have made the losses to Kansas City palatable to me. But I guess thats the difference... Yankee fans expect much better from their team and we dont accept consolation prizes when they dont deliver.
