A New Hope?

Did I just see Tino--TINO!--and Torre get tossed?

Did I just see a thready pulse turn into an angry heartbeat?

(About ten seconds into his jawboning the ump, my wife says, "What is Joe doing? I've never seem him do this." I'm cracking up and answer, "He's getting his Billy Martin ass thrown out is what he's doing...I've already counted a couple of "fucks" watching him bark at this guy...GO JOE! See? There's the hook! KICK DIRT ON HIS FUCKING SHOES!" I almost rolled off the goddamn couch.)

Must. not. succumb. to. hope. Must. kill. Cardinals. first.
